Fiiling of Annual Return with ROC

18 September 2010 One Pvt.Ltd. Company changed its name during the f.y.2008-09 but the annual returns and balance sheet of the comapny has been filed up to f.y.2006-07.

Now the CIN no of earlier company has been changed with New Name .

Under this circumtancess how the annual return of f.y.2007-08 could be filed today with old name of the company and CIN of the new changed name.

20 September 2010 You can file the old returns with new name. As ROC always have record of change of name it will not be a problem.

Also for convenience you can attach additional sheet explaining the situtation of change of name.
