Can some one please tell me whether we can raise a Foreign currency invoice for the services done in India and can the same be recd in the FC

LEGALLY there is no bar. However it is unusual for an Indian to raise invoice in foreign currency - hence it may come under scrutiny of officials. If the amount is small / infrequent, do not worry. But if it happens regularly, then you may be facing some queries / enquiries from RBI/ED.
