can a foreign company become a partner in an indian partnership firm.
Can you tell me the as to how money has to be brought in India by this foreign company for purpose of doing business in real estate.

No for both the queries.Foreign Company is not permitted to become a partner in an Indian partnership firm by virtue of Foreign Exchange Management (Investment in firm or proprietary concern in India) Regulations, 2000).
