If innocently wrong information is given in the form FCGPR, can revised FCGPR be filed for correction of the errors?
or what is the procedure for rectifying the errors.

It depends upon the nature of error committed by the Company. If its a clerical error it may be taken leneantly or else there are strict provisions. You have to specify the nature.
