Whether LLP can invest outside India ?

Yes under FEMA ACT for out side Indian territory investment make some limitation (certain amt). If any organization want to invest outside India ,under the limitation its immaterial whether incorporated or not ,no need of any kind of permission . but Intimation must be given to ROC and RBI
AND if exceed the limitation then principle permission must be obtain from RBI
No Indian organization and AOP, LLP, HUF and individual allow to invest in Pakistan and Bangladesh
AND if exceed the limitation then principle permission must be obtain from RBI
