what percentage of fees is charged for chapter 3 Incentive scheme for FPS( focus product scheme) for the following years?

1> 2008-09
2> 2009-10
3> 2010-11
4> 2011-12

15 May 2012 noted that when you efiling this case the system you generate the fee too.
