Dear Sir/Madam,
Under the Automatic Route of Direct Investment a corporate is allowed to invest 400% of its networth outside India.Does it free the corporate of all paper works or some minimal formalities are to be complied??
If yes, what are they??
Moreover, does setting up of new entity is also allowed under this route or not?
please give detailed analysis.

New entity is allowed under this route.
There is form ODI to be filed after the transfer of money to entity outside india.
