My client is a foreigner and plans to incorporate a co which has the following objects
1) Import of foreign liquor and selling the same locally as
a) retailer
b)wholeseller
Whether the same is permissible as per FDI Norms? if yes, what is the maximum FDI Permitted?

a) for retail trade - single brand retailing permitted recently.
b) wholesale trading permitted 100% under automatic route.
