Hi, Can anyone suggest me

1. The procedure for FCGPR for a unlisted public limited company.
2. Company has allotted shares to foreign nationals and their is delay in filing FCGPR with RBI.

Where company has allotted shares in the year 2015, can anyone suggest me the procedure for compounding for condonation of delay in filing FCGPR.
