please tell me about the difference between, FC TCR & FC GPR

Both are FEMA Forms:
FC-TCR : Certificate for Payment of Royalty under Foreign Technical Collaboration.
FC-GPR : Information in Connection with Shares Issued to Non-Residents under the Automatic Route of RBI.
FC-TCR : Certificate for Payment of Royalty under Foreign Technical Collaboration.
FC-GPR : Information in Connection with Shares Issued to Non-Residents under the Automatic Route of RBI.
