I want to know the process of filling FC-GPR form. What are the documents recuired to fill the form. Do we have to directly submit to bank or authorised dealer has to submit?

What is the panelty for late submission for fc-gpr form?

What is the full name of fc-gpr form?

There are two parts of Form FCGPR, part A & Part B. Part A is the intimation to RBI about the equity shares issued to foreignors against the foreign inward remittances. It is to be filed with RBI through your authorised delar category-IB (which is you bank) with in 30 days of the allotment. PART B is like annual return which is to be filed with RBI directly & the last date is 31st July every year. In part B you have to intimate about total foreing liability outstanding on the balance sheet date.
