The form FCGPR is a FDI reporting form.. You should file it with RBI within 30 days of from the date of allotment of shares to non residents through AD(Authorised Dealer)
The other annexures to the FORM are:
1. Certificate from Company Secretary
2. Valuation Certificate from CA
3. Copy of FIRC
The form has been changed from 30.05.2008
