For calculating FBT,Use of telephone (including mobile phone) other than expenditure on leased telephone lines comes under tax net
Does it mean that wired telephone connections taken from for e.g.BSNL,Tata Indicom do not come under the tax net ..i.e. Telephone exp. incurred on these connections

wired telephone connetions does not mean that these r taken on lease. leased lines r totally different connetions on taken on timely basis. Toll free lines for public purposed come under the leased lines. FBT Would be payable on wired telephone connection if it is not leased telephone connection.
