13 November 2007 DO THE SECURITY PAID FOR GETTING TELEPHONE SERVICES TO MTNL FALL UNDER THE PURVEIW OF FBT.

13 November 2007 Only expenditure on use of telephones installed in office is liable to FBT.Security amount deposited with telecom service providers which is refundable is not an expenditure and thus not liable to FBT .Even if such amount is not refundable it is still not liable to FBT as it is not an expenditure on use of telephone.
