plz let me know if a driver is hired for the vehicle for demo purpose, whther the amount paid to driver is liabale to fbt or not.

yes. This will be part of running and maintenance of vehicle.

The provisons of Section 115WB (2)(H) applies and is explained in the FAQs on FBT by the Dept. in its lengthy ciruclar.
