Plz help me, Is the reimbursment of Internet Exp to Employee is liable to charge Fbt or not.

what is the purpose of reimbursement of internet expenditure? personal or official?

If the internet is used in Office through Broadband then it is liable to FBT. If Internet is used in cybercafe then in my opinion it is not liable to FBT. The law states that exp incurred on use of telephone shall br F benefit. You can not bifurecate use of telephone and internet in Office.

it is for office use but at home of employee & employee get reimbursed it from office.
