According to FBT law, FBT allowable on Telephone exp( Which installed in office, factory or any other places)
Whether PCO bill charges should be applicable for FBT or not
and any telephone installed in company only used for FAX, is also applicable for FBT or not

FBT IS APPLICABEL BECAUSE YOUR PCO AND FAX BOTH ARE TELEPHONE WHICH IS USED IN BUSINESS AND IT IS IN YOUR COMPANY NAME.
IF YOU MAKE FAXES FROM MARKET AND YOU GET BILL FOR FAXES ONLY THAN IT WILL BE OUT OF FBT TAXABLITY.

but i have consult with one more CA, he too agree that PCO bill should not be applicable for FBT
as in telepone , it mentioned that telephone should be installed in factory, office, guest house, any employees house etc
but not mentioned about exp of telephone thr PCO,
