FBT - Fringe Benefit Tax
It is tax payable by the EMPLOYER for incurring the expenses as prescribed. Tax is depending on the rates as prescribed.
TDS - Tax deducted at Source.
Person (Company, Firm etc.,- not individual & HUF) - who are making payment /credit - need to deduct tax at prescribed rates.
