IS Surcharge applicable on all level of FBT mandatorily or any limit is there?In other words,please tell me the applicability of Surcharge on FBT in details.Thanks.

surchargs on FBT is levied irrespective of its income/ value of fringe benefits.
there is threshold limit only in case of societies.
& for F.Y.2009-10, there is no FBT.
