20 June 2009 DEar Madam/Sir,

let me know that whether pooja expenses are liable to fbt.

and second that cateen expenses is liable to FBT or not meal provide to staff during office houri.elunch expenses.

third--- salary paid to mess cook( canteen) isliableto FBT ? if canteen expenses is liableto FBT

In my opinion pooja exps are liable for FBT, Canteen exps are also liable for FBT, Salary paid to mess cook is not liable FBT. Wait for advise from other experts.
