No. Selling & distribution are not covered in FBT. FBT generally covers the expenses which are in relation towards the benefit of your employees.eg travelling and conveyance,staff welfare,festival celebration..etc......

Mr. Vikas, you query is very limited and on the face selling and distribution is covered in preview of FBT but their are no. of exclusion in act like exp. for advertisement in any print media, sign , art work, painting , press conf., soprts event etc. so please specifie you query.
