DEAR SIR FATHERS NAME APPEAR IN PAN CARD MOHENDRA BUT NO SURNAME HIS ACTUAL NAME MOHENDRA NARZARY. SO HOW FILL IT RETURN. IS IT GOING WITH PAN CARD NAME OR ACTUAL NAME? PLEASE ADVICE..;..THANKS

The 5th character of the PAN will be the starting alphabet of Last Name. If it is N then write Narzary as Last name, if it is M then wirte Mohendra.
