SO HOW FILL IT RETURN. IS IT GOING WITH PAN CARD NAME OR ACTUAL NAME? PLEASE ADVICE..;..THANKS

The 5th character of the PAN will be the starting alphabet of Last Name. If it is N then write Narzary as Last name, if it is M then wirte Mohendra.
