For filing form FTE to close a company, whether we need to file the pending Forms ie 20AC/ACA and 20B before filing the FTE form?

All pending compliance before the passing of resolution for winding off a company through FTE should be completed in all manner.

NO need to file pending 'annual returns'. Inference is from (corollary to) clause 2 and 3 of MCA General Circular 36/2011.
