How to calculate the fair market value of the share of the Pvt. Ltd. Company . (with detailed formula).Also clarify the definition of the Closely held company in respect of Pvt. ltd. Company with respect to the recent amendment in 56 (2) in relation of the share premium in closely held company would be taxable.

The fair market value is to be calculated by taking the market value of the assets excluding the debit balance of P & L A/c, Expenses not written off, Any payment for Income Tax Advance etc minus the liabilities divided by number of shares. This will give the market value of each share
