All

I could not file a return for one of my clients for the A.Y 2009-2010 due to unavailability of some information.
His business is of Water Supply (Transporters).
However He is having Rs. 5769 as TDS for A.Y 2009-2010.
Also His Total income for that Year is blow Rs. 1,50,000/-
Now what will be the next solution for the concern matter

05 April 2011 You can try manual return filing in department, you dont have any tax liability and they can accept..Chance of there penalty but find out in department and file manual...

10 April 2011 the return can be filed but u will nt get any acknowledgement no. for the same. the dept.will just accept it by mentioning "belated return" on the the acknowledgement page.
