WE FILED RETURN OF A PARTNERSHIP FIRM FOR A.Y. 2012-13 BILATED.

NOW WE FAILED TO SENT ACKNOWLEDGEMENT RECEIPT ITR-V TO CPC BANGALORE.

AS PER SECTION 139(5)REVISED WE CANNOT REVISE BILATED RETURN.

SO NOW WHAT SHOULD BE DONE ??

PLEASE URGENT...

If you efiled during F.Y.2012-13 for A.Y.2011-12, and 2012-13
.
.
Due date for receipt of ITRV has been extended upto 31.10.2013
.
.
SO HURRYUP AND SEND ITRV TO CPC WITH OUT FAIL

05 October 2013 We filed belated return of a Partnership Firm after 31/07/2013 i.e., on 28/09/2013.

There was change in partners during the year. But by mistake we have mentioned name of retired partner under "verifying person" section in return of income. Now whose signature is tobe done in Acknowledgement Receipt ??

Further as per section 139(5) we cannot revised return filed u/s 139(4) i.e., belated return.

However we have also filed revised return.

What is remedy ??
PLEASE URGENT......

05 October 2013 Itr v should be signed by the partner whose pan and name mentioned in itr verification coloumn
..
But as you said he is retired just confirm as per partnership deed whether he is partner or not on date of filing of return
.
.
if he is partner on filing date take his signature
.
.
i have not faced this situation..and i guess it can be resolved by meeting Jurisdictional AO and can get his suggestion to know how to proceed

signature of retired partner
OR
we file revised return and sign it with continueing partner.

05 October 2013 No he was not partner
He retired on july 2012 i.e., he was partner for only 3 months.(for A.Y. 2013-14)
