NEED TO KNOW ORIGINAL FACTORY STUFFING PERMISSION COPY IS ISSUED TO WHO ALL

in compliance of board circular No. 20 dtd 22.07.2010 in order to reduce transaction cost a single factory stuffing permission (FSP)shall be granted by Customs to manufacturer exporters as well as merchant exporters.
a FSP cell HAS BEEN CREATED by custom under the charge of DC export.
the fsp cell will issue the letter of factory stuffing permission after submitting the documents under the above said circular.
the exporter shall fill all the details in the ANNEXURES of the said circular.
after checking genuine documents IEC CODE, PAN NO., NOC FROM EXCISE,EXPORT HOUSE VERIFICATION, BALANCE SHEET OF THE COMPANY AND DETAILS OF AUTH. SIGNATORIES CUSTOM WILL ISSUE THE FSP TO EXPORTERS.
