1. Wait and Retry Later
Sometimes, GSTR-2B takes time to sync or generate, especially during month-end peak hours.
Wait for a few hours (or 1 day) and check again.
Go to: Returns > GSTR-3B > Prepare Online again after refreshing.
2. Check if GSTR-2B is Available
Go to Returns > GSTR-2B.
Make sure your GSTR-2B has been generated for that tax period (e.g., January 2025).
If GSTR-2B is missing, the system cannot auto-fill 3.1(d) and 4.
3. Clear Cache / Try Another Browser
Try logging out, clearing cache, or using a different browser.
Recommended: Use Chrome or Firefox in Incognito Mode.
4. Use Offline Method (if urgent)
If still stuck and you need to file urgently:
Use GSTR-3B offline utility from GST Portal Downloads
Prepare and upload return manually.
