Face value of share of a pvat ltd company ?

hello everyone,
i filed the form1,form18 and form32 of a private limited. in form 1 i mentioned the face value as Rs.1 per share(normally i have seen rs.10 per share)
is it ok ?
also let me know how to check whether the documetns(MOA, AOA) etc. has been approved online ?

Hi...
To check the approval status .. you just login to your id then go to track transaction status thereafter enter the date on which u had submitted the documents .. then in last column status of ur transaction will be mentioned viz... Approved, Pending for action, re submission....etc..

It is OK but instead of Rs. 1 it should have been Re. 1
