pls. tell me.

What is extra ordinary meeting of the shareholders?
Is it different form the normal meeting of the board of the directors.

03 February 2010 Board Meeting is held for Board of Director of the Company.

While Extra Ordinary meeting (EGM) is held for members approval.

Annual General Meeting is held only once in a every calender year.

So if after AGM if Company needs to take members approval it can call EGM for the purpose.
