Extra duty in dealer

we are dealer register in excise ,my question is oversight if we passed extra duty to customer,what will do? what is processer of Excise return?

30 January 2014 Dealer can not pass the extra cenvat credit. You can show in the return actual cenvat credit and canceled that invoice, issue another invoice.
