Extn of date for furnishing audit reports to 30 nov 14

27 August 2014 does it amount to extension of return of income whose accounts are to be audited ?
can we file Return of income without 3CA & 3CD ?
Kindly clarify on the above matters.Is not going to be trouble sum for computing of income and filing without first preparing Form No.3CD ?

27 August 2014 yes you can file the return w/o 3CD and 3CB without mention the date of audit report. and file the return but Tax audit report can file till 30.11.2014.
