I m working in an MNC at Company Secretary post but yet form 32 is not filled becz of some reasons.
Now our Company is taking External Commercial borrowing from Japanese Company .
Can i eligible for Signing form 83 a as Professional.
also provide me solution to the concern so that i may signed it
