Extention of tds return filing due date

22 December 2011 Dear Sir/Madam,

Is the due date of filing quarterly TDS return have been extended from 15th after the end of Quarter to 30 days.

If yes can u provide me the circular for the same. Also please let me know the applicable date for it. Will it be applicalbe for filing Dec-2011 Qtr TDS Return i.e. can it be filed till 31st Jan 2012
