Is e. Form 61 to be filed for extension of financial year from 12 to 15 months?
what is the procedure therein?
what will be the next financial year of the company?
will just a board resolution serve for the purpose?
Ref: 210(4) states that a financial year shall not exceed 15 months.

Dear Premjith,
In my view, its not required to file any form. A Board resolution adopting for accounts will be sufficient compliance of the Law.
The next financial year will start from end of 15th month and will be for next 15 months.
Also, as per sec 210, the financial year can go upto 18 months with special permission.
