Can you please let me know whether the Income Tax Department will extend the date of filling the Audit Report for the state of Sikkim & North Bengal due to earthquake, which is to be submitted within 30.09.2011.

Till date as such no ciruclar has been declared by Income tax department.

Might be in this week Department will declare some relief in filing ITR and Tax aduit Report.
