extension of articleship

I have submitted my completion form after serving 3 years including leaves
but due to some calculation error there is arising an extension in articleship.
what should I do now?
is there any fine in such a case?

ICAI will intimate u regarding that mistake. And u may require to sill and submit the form again.

Sir I have info of such extension
but the confusion is
I have filed 108 on completion
so if it is a break in articleship then I have to submit 102 n 103 n 108 again for extension period
but 103 is online n while filing such,
form showing a further 3 years period
what should I do now?
bkoj exam is near n with exam form a certificate of completion also required to be attached.
