We have purchase the material against CT-1. Now we have not export the material wihtin 6 months as per excise rules. Now, how can extended period for export, & which reason accept excise dept. We are only merchant exporter.

You can take the permission from excise department for extension of time limit. You can say that our order has been canceled, the AC/DC may extend the time limit.
