A trader who is second stage dealer, wants to export the goods purchased from first stage dealer.
Ques: Whether a second stage dealer can claim rebate under rule 18 for the excise duty paid on said purchased goods.
Ques: What are the benefits to second stage dealer as an exporter.

31 August 2013 As he (second stage dealer) buys duty paid goods only, the only option left out is to apply for refund of duty for the material exported.
