21 September 2009 we are the Manufacture of Printed Lables and Cartons. we are exported goods under 100% EOU . so were we are applied the unutilised CENVATE CREDIT refund which is used to related export 100% EOU if it is possible please guide us if it is possible should we are applied at Central Excise Range or Division office or DGFT please advice and also give us related notification jns.umesh@gmail.com

First clarify are you a 100% EOU Unit or DTA unit.
How you have exported the goods i.e. on payment of duty or without payment of duty or supplied to a 100% EOU.

If you supplied to 100% EOU it will be treated as Deemed Export. Then you are elegible for deemed export benifits. You contact DGFT.

The Refund or Rebate will depends the nature of the export you have done.
