Dear Sir,
I want to export under DEPB scheme, shall i do the same factory stuffing under self sealing for DEPB Scheme??
could you send me circular No.53/2007 regarding Factory stuffing under DEBP scheme?
Please help me ASAP.

Dear Friend,
Factory stuffing facility / permission has nothing to do with under incentive scheme you are exporting. If you have factory stuffing permission (Factory stuffing permissions are granted Custom Authority of your jurisdiction) you can stuff containers at your factory irrespective of incentive scheme (DEPB/Advance Authorisation etc) under which you are exporting.
