Is merchant exporter can sale goods to another merchant exporter within the same country
if yes what is the procedure and what documents required for this and what is the tax implication
if yes what is the procedure and what documents required for this and what is the tax implication

If goods have been exported then without payment of duty merchant exporter can procure the goods.
