Export through depot

If a company transfer its goods from its factory to depot and then from depot the goods are exported.Will this case covered under export through LUT or export through merchant exporter

The goods will be removed from factory for export without payment of duty under LUT or bond. You need to return the goods from deport to factory and take credit then removed again from the factory for the purpose of export under LUT.
