Export stuffing without factory stuffing

09 January 2015 Dear Sir,

We are manufacturer of Yarn and Export the consignment thru Merchant Exporter. But recently we have problems that the most of our Merchant Exporter not having Stuffing permission at JNPT Mumbai.

So kindly advice.... can we send the consignment under self removal and without stuffing permission.

Please clarify with the procedure and Rules.
