Export sales verification w.r.t excise duty...urgent sir...

15 December 2011 Dear Experts,
1)Can anyone clarify me on what are the records that i have to verify on the export sales keeping in mind the export duty.
2)If the company is an auto ancillary components manufacturer can he claim Duty Drawback for the export sales or can he use DEPB?
3) What is meant by DEPB? Pls. explain me practically. The employee said until oct. 11 only DEPB can be claimed not duty drawback. whts the difference between the two.

16 December 2011 what is your role in the trasactoin , owner, exporter, merchant exporter, clearing /forwarding agent, transporter, customs officer, excise officer, auditor, or anti evasion wing ?

what is export duty? export duty is charged on restricted items which are mainly mined products, to discourage the export of such products, please rephrase your query and before posting get ensure that query is correct.
