20 June 2012 we had raised a bill for export sale on 31.03.2012 for 36482 USD. the date of shipping bill for this export is on 02.04.2012.
Question : when should the sale can be booked in the book of accounts, whether on Invoice Date or in Shipping bill Date

NOTED THAT when the Shipping Bill is regularised in the system and LEO is granted before sailing of the Vessel. Once the vessel sailing date is fed into the system.

it can not be amendment after generate the s/bill.
