We have exported our components to italy. the customer has rejected some of our components. we need to receive the material from Italy and rework the same. and send it back to italy. what is the procedure to be follow.
1.we have gone under LUT for exports.
2.how to receive the material from Italy -what is the duty involvement.
3.how to re-export .
4.what are the documents to be receive from the customs

I think there will be no issue in importing back the goods, do the repair and export in back.
You need to provide the below documents to customs on imports to avoid customs duty payment
1. Complete Export documents to Customs Dept,shipping
2. Rejection certificzate from Buyer
3.Your confirmation for repairing and sending it back.
If you have claimed export incentives i.e. Drawback , SHIS etc,You need to submit a BG to customs equivellent to that amount, post export after repair you will get the BG back
