We have (Pvt Ltd. Co) exported material to UAE before GST implemented but some technical reasons material is rejected by customer and imported in previous month with their DOLLAR invoice. The material is returned with mutual agreement of re export of material within 3 months.

As per my opinion, since the export were made without payment of tax, if the goods are returned within 6 months post GST. And you can export the same with or without payment IGST.
