01 September 2008 I am manufacturer. I have made export of goods. but i don't receive export proceeds within 6 months . what is the liability and whether it will affect my EPCG claim .

02 September 2008 Was it an open sale (ie without LC)? Was it covered by EPCG? You have to report non-receipt to RBI through your authorised dealer.
