21 July 2011 Sir, my query is can a merchant exporter of pharmaceuticals products can export the imported medicine or if yes then can claim export incentive DEPB on imported medicines.

22 July 2011 Sir, my first query is can we export the imported medicine of finished product which is available in local market in india as per drug & cosmetic act.

My second query is if we can export the same then can we claim export incentive like DEPB or not ?
